If Only

If you could only see me from the inside out...running in a field of flowers amid the morning dew...Supping white wine inside my thoughts...if only

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~THANKSGIVING~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Today, for a long time, I sat staring out the window.. Orange leaves, like passing seasons, waved aimlessly while the incertitude within me seemed to identify as winter lingered under painted skies of promise... Thanksgiving sections me into a glass of many colors.. I see the images of pumpkins and pilgrims thru the mirror of reflections. I see the smile of my mother, quiet, inside the frame of what will be her heavenly color... One may meditate on any aspect of this wonderful holiday, thankful for things in the past, present and this moment.. In the field of November thoughts, amid pumpkin pie I am thankful this day for God’s mercy and his amazing grace
Belief or no beliefs grace and humility is a precious quality.
Absolutely, anilkurup. I appreciate your readings. My life is less than smooth right now so writing is a pleasure for me to get away, so to speak.
Autumn is the most beautiful of all seasons; it brings along memories of springs and summers past and gently leads you to winter.
Dear Sandy, it has been quite a long time since met last. Though I often don't leave a comment, I have been always around....
It is so good to see you Bala. I have written a couple of emails over the past few months. Have thought of you often. Read a couple of your blogs and like you, said nothing.
Yes, Autumn is a gentle season with hints of special times and things....
Although we don't have Thanksgiving here in the UK, I can still identify with this. Most British families have get-togethers over the Christmas holiday and at New Year. Also, this write reminds me of family gatherings over years passed, especially ones when I was a small boy, when we had huge family gatherings on a regular basis. Times and customs may change, but fond memories still remain~~Robertxoxo
Just the other day, I was complaining about various things, that are not to my liking, and suddenly I felt very stupid, for I have so many good things in my life, and instead of being grateful for all of them, here i was finding faults at very minor things.
I am really grateful for having good parents,good husband, good children and a very good life, I had no reason for complaints, and that feeling brought a sense of happiness within me instantly.
I really like your writings, they seem to come right from your heart.
I am following you.
